Leader of Experience Design, Design Systems & Digital, 2024 - 2026

  • Led the Global Design System for Chubb, overseeing new component creation, governance, brand alignment, and the engineering partnership.                

  • Developed six playbooks to standardize the most common user journeys — including quoting, claims, login, and billing — enabling consistent, scalable design across teams.                                                         

  • Drove a Brand Evolution update to the Design System, aligning visual standards globally.                                   

  • Increased Enterprise adoption of the Design System by 25%

  • Oversaw Digital partnerships across North America and select global markets, including creative strategy for new business pitches.

AVP, UX/UI Designer, 2022 - 2024

  • Led digital transformation of the FNOL claims process for Small Business North America, serving customers, agents, and brokers.                       

  • Streamlined the end-to-end digital claims experience, reducing process friction for users.                                         

  • Built a standalone digital claims servicing platform for customers and agents from the ground up.

  • Led visual design and user experience for a SaaS platform serving Distributors and Suppliers of Promotional Products.

  • Managed 3 Product Designers and a UX Researcher across three product teams, each partnered with dedicated developers, QA, and Product Owners. 

  • Oversaw design across both the live production platform and a fully redesigned Beta, driving the UX vision from current-state experience through next-generation platform launch.

  • Led the Digital Department, directly managing two developers and a UX strategist.

  • Directed on-set art direction with the in-house photography studio, including asset reviews and approvals.

Interactive Art Director, 2013-2014

  • In-house designer responsible for all marketing materials, creative content, and conceptualization.                                                      

  • Co-created all marketing strategy, content, design, code, and copy for emails, landing pages, and microsites supporting the sales team.             

  • Redesigned the ShareBuilder 401k website using analytics and SEO best practices, increasing CTR by 15% and reducing bounce rates by 8%.   \

  • Oversaw all aspects of design for print and interactive materials under the Creative Director.                                                           

  • Supported pre-press production including color correction and mock-ups for print.                                                                       

  • Collaborated with web developers on template selection and wireframing.    

  • Directed photoshoot scheduling, photography sourcing, and on-set art direction.

  • In-house designer reporting to the national and international sales manager.

  • Designed all brochures, catalogs, and trade show booth materials, managing print production and color correction.

  • Directed a team of up to five designers in the production of flash and rich media banners, collateral, and site redesigns while maintaining brand standards.                                                                   

  • Contributed as an autonomous collaborator across brand sites, mobile apps, and pitch work alongside copy editors, usability researchers, and front-end developers.
